I was so relieved to have found such a wonderful celebrant at a time of great sorrow. 

The death of a loved one is always devastating and a time when one needs support, comfort and compassion. 

This I found in abundance in Helen Egner. I felt a load had been lifted from my shoulders. Helen made sure that everything practical which needed to be done was done. She listened and made copious notes and completed the eulogy I wanted as well as providing suggestions of her own which I would not have thought of. 

Helen conducted the funeral with dignity, tenderness and respect. Her reading was clear and heart felt and many of the mourners took the time to offer their thanks to her at the end of the service. 

I really can’t recommend her highly enough.

We write as close friends of both * & * to thank you for the thoughtful and sensitive way in which you conducted the service at his funeral.

The gathering was packed with friends and family, some from as far away as Texas. You must have felt the emotion coming from the audience, but you dealt with it amicably. 

You had clearly done your homework and it showed throughout the proceedings.

I don't doubt that *, as well as many others, will be well satisfied with what was a caring and thoughtful ceremony.

I was devastated at the loss of my husband who was the love of my life. We did everything together and suddenly being on my own I was in a terrible state.

Helen asked a lot of questions so that she could write a ceremony that really reflected his life. I wanted to cover every stage and not miss the important people out. She was really calm and helpful. 

Hearing her give the Eulogy gave me such a sense of peace because it was just right and I know that we did him proud. 

I love him very much and Helen conveyed that perfectly. I so appreciate what she did.
